return process

You can return your order for a refund of the amount paid within 14 days from the date you received your order.

This return process requires two basic conditions to be met:

1. Return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered and in its original packaging

2. Bring the invoice for the product, the invoice number in your account, or a screenshot of the invoice created for you in the "My Account" section

Please note that the time limit is according to the laws in force in your country, and in cases of offers, the terms of the offers will apply.

Any items whatsoever that were given with the products purchased free of charge must also be returned.

You must deal carefully with any products you wish to return, and in addition to not using them, they must be preserved in their original form. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession and in this case we can refuse your request for return or exchange.

In accordance with international retail industry standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that fall into the following categories: lingerie, lingerie, perfumes, health and beauty products (such as skin care products, makeup, cosmetics or any other products prepared at your request.

In the event that we supply wrong products that do not match your order, are damaged or incorrect, we will offer you an alternative product or we will refund you the full amount in the possible and appropriate way, including the delivery fee paid as a service to the purchase (if any) and in all cases you must return the wrong or damaged products or incorrect information to us as soon as possible in its original form.

E-gift card

- Any products purchased via the e-gift card will be returned using the e-gift card

- Any orders placed through multiple payment options (such as e-gift card + payment cards) will be returned via the original payment method.

- E-Gift Card payments will be refunded to the Gift Card and the remaining balance will be transferred directly to the credit/debit card

- E-Gift Card purchases and credits are non-refundable

If you wish to exchange any of the products, you can:

The availability of the product must be taken into account, and the exchange process is carried out according to the applicable company policies

Refund

Subject to the above exceptions, when you return your order or wish to exchange it for certain other products, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid.

If you paid by credit card or any debit card, and you canceled the order in accordance with this clause, we will refund the amount (if necessary) as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the period required for the reappearance of that process in your account as it depends on the procedures of the bank that you use.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the above time as the order has already been completed but can be canceled by following our return/refund process instructions as mentioned above.
